Students apply food technology and nutrition principles to the production of a healthy snack. Working collaboratively in small groups, students create, prepare, market, and sell their healthy snacks in this 6-week course. Helps students gain awareness of food-related careers and skills. Includes a short, 5 min. introductory DVD.
